This policy applies to the XiaoPack family of apps. Contact: help@xiaopack.com.
No account. No advertising.
No registration is required. Children can learn and play without providing a name or email address. The app shows no advertisements and includes no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not track children or build advertising profiles.
Data stays on your device
All learning data and settings created by the app, including discovery counts, number range and sound preferences, are saved locally by the app. They are not automatically uploaded to our servers. We do not operate an app account or cloud-sync service. Deleting the app removes its local data; device backups and restoration are controlled by your iOS settings.
Purchases through Apple
The optional one-time purchase and Restore Purchases use Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes the Apple Account and payment information under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details. The app checks purchase entitlement on the device. Purchase and restore actions require the parental gate. Deleting local learning data does not cancel an App Store purchase.

Parents can email help@xiaopack.com. We use the address and information you choose to send to answer your request; please do not include children’s personal information. You can ask us to delete support correspondence. Visiting this website involves the network requests needed by our hosting service to deliver pages. Our website contains no advertising or analytics scripts.
